Jason S Wilcox

Mr. Wilcox has professional experience counseling and representing the following types of clients in general business matters, transactions and litigation: Large and Small Businesses; Real Estate Developers and purchasers; Title companies; Title insurers; General Contractors; Subcontractors; Material Suppliers; Land Owners; Individuals planning their estates; Businesses and Individuals protecting assets; and, Homeowner’s Associations. Mr. Wilcox has also served as general counsel to a nationwide company and from that experience has a unique understanding of the legal rights versus the needs of private businesses.

Mr. Wilcox serves as a Bar Examiner with the Utah State Bar and has also volunteered his time as a Mock Trial Coach. He has also served as a Lecturer of Legal Studies Utah Valley University 2009-2013, Teaching Real Estate Law, Contracts, Business Law, Civil Litigation, Wills & Estates, Legal Research and Writing I & II, and Torts & Personal Injury.
